2. Services

Astro Clean LLC provides professional exterior cleaning and restoration services, including but not limited to pressure washing, house washing, deck restoration, and related property maintenance.
Service availability may vary by location, property condition, and weather.

2a. epoxy flooring & floor coating services

Epoxy flooring and floor coating services are subject to the condition of the existing concrete surface, including but not limited to moisture levels, cracks, previous coatings, surface contaminants, and structural movement. While Astro Clean LLC uses professional surface preparation methods and high-quality materials, results may vary and are not guaranteed against future peeling, cracking, moisture vapor transmission, or concrete movement beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the work area is fully cleared of vehicles, personal items, and obstructions prior to service. Astro Clean LLC is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or performance issues caused by inaccessible work areas or undisclosed conditions.

Cure times vary depending on product selection, temperature, and humidity. Customers must follow all post-installation care instructions provided to ensure proper curing and long-term performance.

2b. holiday lighting

Astro Clean LLC provides seasonal and permanent holiday lighting installation services. Installation and removal schedules are subject to availability, weather conditions, and property access. Specific installation or removal dates are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Seasonal lighting systems may experience bulb outages, weather-related movement, or electrical interruptions. Astro Clean LLC is not responsible for issues caused by severe weather, power outages, customer-provided electrical sources, or third-party interference.

Permanent lighting systems are installed as long-term exterior fixtures. Customers acknowledge that installation may involve mounting hardware or tracks to exterior surfaces. While installations are performed professionally, Astro Clean LLC is not responsible for cosmetic changes, normal wear, or future structural movement.

Lighting control systems, mobile applications, or software functionality may rely on third-party providers. Astro Clean LLC is not responsible for updates, outages, or changes made by third-party platforms.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided through our website or in person are based on the information you provide.
Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site inspection if conditions differ from the initial description. You will always be informed before any additional charges are applied.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Customers may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Astro Clean LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, or electronic invoice.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Square or Stripe). Astro Clean LLC does not store your payment details.

6. Property Access and Responsibility

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all work areas. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed, and water sources are available and functional unless otherwise arranged.
Astro Clean LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, loose materials, or previously compromised surfaces. This includes access to roofs, ladders, exterior walls, driveways, electrical outlets, and other areas required for epoxy flooring and holiday lighting services.

7. Liability

We take great care in performing our work safely and effectively. However, Astro Clean LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects to property.

  • Issues caused by hidden conditions not visible during inspection.

  • Incidental or consequential damages beyond the cost of service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on astrocleanwi.com, including text, photos, logos, and designs, is the property of Astro Clean LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Astro Clean LLC may take photos or videos before, during, or after service for documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes, including use on our website and social media. No personal identifying information will be shared. Customers may request exclusion from marketing use in writing prior to service.

Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction

At Astro Clean LLC, we take pride in delivering quality work and customer satisfaction.
If you are not fully satisfied with the results of a service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion so we can inspect and address your concern.

For epoxy flooring and holiday lighting services, any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Issues reported after this period will not be eligible for refunds, as conditions may change due to environmental, usage, or third-party factors.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • A service was not completed as agreed.

  • You were charged in error.

  • Significant service issues were verified by our team after review.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing damage, poor surface condition, or unrealistic expectations.

  • Work that met the agreed scope of service.

  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after service completion.

  • Dissatisfaction due to concrete moisture, surface condition, cracks, or substrate movement affecting epoxy flooring performance.

  • Normal wear, cosmetic changes, or environmental effects impacting seasonal or permanent holiday lighting systems.

  • Weather-related delays, power outages, or conditions beyond our control.

  • Customer failure to follow post-service care instructions or access requirements.

3. Partial Credits

In some cases, Astro Clean LLC may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services as a goodwill gesture or resolution.

Partial refunds or service credits, when offered, are issued at the sole discretion of Astro Clean LLC and do not constitute an admission of fault.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
